Born in the industrial landscape of Wilmington, CA, 2nd Hand Justice cut their teeth in a local scene built on DIY grit and backyard gigs and the staple Punk Venues ( Allen Theater, Kniting Factor, etc). Their 2003 self-titled debut quickly established them as a band with zero interest in catering to industry trends, a reputation they cemented with the scorched-earth sonic assaults like Tragedies of War. Through shifting cultural tides and two decades of underground touring, with the likes of, The Virus, Monster Squad, Cheap Sex,Uk Subs, and may more. The band never compromised their working-class perspective or their allegiance to the streets that raised them. What sets 2nd Hand Justice apart is an uncompromising authenticity. They don't just play punk; they live it with their fearless leader Oscar "The Monster" Montes of tattoo punks leading the way. Sonically, they bridge the gap between old-school Oi! / Street Punk anthems and the heavy, metallic edge of modern Hardcore. Their tracks are weaponized with driving basslines, high-octane tempos, and massive, fist-pumping gang-vocal choruses designed for the pit. On stage, they are a lightning rod of collective anger, turning every venue into a chaotic, unified shouting match between the band and the crowd. Now, over twenty years into the fight, their latest material captures a band at the absolute peak of their aggressive powers. The blistering single "Violent & Starving" serves as a scathing critique of modern economic desolation, while the relentless "NVR-SRNDR" acts as a personal manifesto of survival and defiance. 2nd Hand Justice isn't resting on their laurels or trading on nostalgia. Back in the studio with " War" & "Prey" the band shows a fire that refuses to burn out, they are stepping into their third decade ready to tear down every wall in front of them.

“"Loud, unapologetic statements against the powers that oppress. Their in-- your-face attitude, paired with fast, tight songs, make you want to unleash that same inner anger."”
